Your selfie is used to read color signals for your report. In this prototype, the image stays in your browser and is temporarily saved locally so it can reappear after Stripe checkout.

How we handle your color read
This page is written for the current prototype. It should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
Profile data
Email is collected for receipts, report restoration, support, and future outreach. Optional age range and gender may help us improve future product experiences and audience insights.
Payment data
Payments run through Stripe. We do not handle or store card numbers. We store report access details such as report code, palette result, checkout email, and payment status.
Storage
Production data should be stored securely with access controls. Browser storage may keep your report state on this device; use reset or browser settings to clear local data.
Outreach
If you opt in, we may send palette tips, product updates, research requests, and launch notes for future closet, makeup, and shopping tools. You should be able to unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can skip optional profile fields, decline marketing outreach, clear browser storage, or contact support about a report tied to your checkout email and report code.
Terms
Use the tool for style guidance
Color Theory Camera gives personal color and shopping guidance based on your uploaded image, optional inputs, and the color-theory model described in the report.
Results vary
The report is style guidance, not a guarantee. Lighting, image quality, filters, hair color, makeup, and screen settings can change the read.
Photo rights
Do not upload photos you do not have rights to use. You are responsible for the images, profile information, and email address you submit.
Paid reports
A paid report unlocks the palette, analysis, report code, and available tools for that report. Keep your report code and checkout email so you can restore access.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully, avoid attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, and do not use the tool to make sensitive identity, medical, or employment decisions.
Future features
Closet, makeup, and shopping tools may change as the product develops. Coming-soon features are not guaranteed until they are released.
Updates
These terms may be updated as the product moves from prototype to production. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
